Turn Off Windows Fast Startup

Access Windows NTFS partition from Linux need turn off windows fast startup.

1. Go to Control Panel > Power Options.
2. Click on ‘Chose what the closing lid does’.
3. Click to Enable setting that are unavailable yet (Needs administrator access).
4. Deselect ‘Turn On Fast Startup’ and Save Changes.
